What days does Crystal of Light ship packages?
We make every effort to ship packages Monday and Thursday mornings*. Orders placed before 12pm EST Monday are shipped Tuesday mornings.
Orders paced before 12pm EST Thursday are shipped Friday morning.
We can combine your shipping cost if you order multiple items, let us know when you check out!
How long will it takes till your Crystal of Light Package arrive?
From date of shipment, packages within Canada take approximately 2 - 4 business days.
US shipments take approximately 8 - 10 business days*
-All of those estimation numbers can be subject to change if there's a bank day.
We do not provide International Shipment now but we are open to do it in the future.

What if my package goes missing or arrives damaged?
Crystal of Light will not be held responsible for missing orders if tracking and insurance was not purchased during checkout. If you have had packages go missing in the past, your item is urgent, or to be more secure, please consider choosing the Tracking Shipping option.
Tracked packages are insured for $100, if your order is over this, please consider purchasing additional insurance. You can do this by leaving a note with your order. This could incur additionnal fees.
Crystal of Light is not responsible for any customs or duty charges incurred on shipments. These are the sole responsibility of the purchase.
Because our items crystal grids and orgonites are custom made we do not accept returns UNLESS the product is broken or damaged policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require the item returned to us along with your order number.
Refunds (if applicable in your case)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping fees will not be refunded.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, Please contact us we will provide you with the exact informations you need to send us back your package.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the initial shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

SECTION 4 - GoDaddy
Our store is hosted on GoDaddy Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through GoDaddy data storage, databases and the general GoDaddy application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then GoDaddy stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
